Last week, the Zebra Diagnosis Coalition attended the 13th edition of the European Conference on Rare Diseases & Orphan Products (ECRD 2026), hosted by EURORDIS – Rare Diseases Europe in Prague.
For the Zebra Dx Coalition, ECRD 2026 was a prime opportunity to engage with the broader rare disease community, as it enabled us to bring our work on barriers to early diagnosis right into the heart of the European policy debate. Indeed, on the sidelines of the conference, we also launched our poster on Barriers to Early Diagnosis: How Public Healthcare Systems in Europe Shape the Rare Disease Diagnostic Odyssey.
